  • Yes! Use the sales meeting for training and sales development. Make it fun, make it something where opinions are accepted. Rehearse best practices. Have friendly competition. Let the meeting breed confidence.

    Great idea. There are some talented sales people who have a lot to share if given the right opportunity. Another benefit of this approach is that it helps sales people develop and appreciate the skills needed to run a great meeting.
