One out of four customers who walk in the door will buy a car from you. That means three out of four times you will hear the word “NO”. No means different things to different people. Some take it personally while some realize that it is just a business decision. Regardless, you will be rejected by three out of four customers. How will you deal with that?

Dealing with this problem will go a long way in determining your success. You have to understand the business and understand the odds.

Failing seven out of ten times in baseball means that you are batting 300. A career 300 average puts you in the hall of fame.

Michael Jordan missed six out of ten times he shot yet he is considered one of the greatest basketball players ever. He failed 6 out of 10 times!

Henry Aaron hit 755 home runs. He struck out twice that much. If he quit swinging for the fences would he ever have been the home run king?

The point is you need to understand the odds and that you are going to be rejected many more times than accepted, at first. As we show you once we get further in to the training, you will be able to increase your odds substantially.

Do the right thing with every customer; EVERYTIME, and you will have the level of success that you want to earn professional wages in this business.
